Triratna International Gathering: Children's booking 3-18 years old (all locations)

# If you want to book last minute, please go to reception as we cannot process any more online bookings.
There might be room spaces if there are last minute cancellations, but otherwise it will be for camping or staying off-site. At reception, they will instruct you and you can pay in the office each morning from 9:30-10:00.#

This is for those who want to book their child in for a place on the Triratna International Gathering.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE FOR CAMPING.
We are now opening up room bookings on on a 'first come first served' basis - please note whether you would prefer a room on your form, otherwise we will presume you are camping.
Note in the 'other info' box on your booking form if you need an indoor room for health reasons stating additional needs such as ground-floor access or near/with a toilet.
Children will be allocated in rooms with their parents/carers.

We only have 3 ground-floor ensuite accessible rooms and they will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis.

Nearer the retreat start date we will try to allocate any spare indoor rooms to those with a preference to be indoor. Please note on your booking form if you would like to be allocated in an indoor room if there is availability.

Please use this form to book children on, there is a separate form to book adults on. With all persons under the age of 18, they are by law considered children and the parent or guardian must sign a consent form for them to attend the event. We will email you the form to print and sign and either scan and send back, or bring with you to the event.
Add the age of the child at the start of the event to the 'other info' box on the form.

We require payment in full of £80 for a child's booking.
We will refund the full amount at any point of cancellation up until the event starts on the 22nd August.

By booking on a child, you are agreeing to the following:
"I understand that anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

I understand that as a parent or guardian bringing my child under 18 I am responsible for them at all times and may not leave Adhisthana without them during the event or after unless I personally give them into the care of another adult and make a written agreement with that adult to this effect.

I understand that if I am bringing an under-18 who is someone else's child, we must make a written agreement that they have given their child into my care and that I am responsible for them at all times and may not leave Adhisthana without them during the event or after. I understand that I may not give that under-18 into anyone else's care."
