Event Title: The Bridge, the Path and the Goal: from Mindfulness to Buddhahood

Led by Vidyamala, Sona, Nagabodhi, Vimalachitta

If you have some experience of mindfulness, whatever the context, and wish to learn more about Buddhism, this five-day 'bridging retreat' is for you.

Over the retreat we will bridge 'secular' mindfulness and Buddhism, clearly laying out core elements of the Buddhist path and presenting the overarching vision of human existence that is the Buddhist goal.
