This is where to book for the online element of this retreat if you're based outside of Europe.

The session timings below are for UK (BST, which is GMT + 1 hour).
Session 1: Meditation and Talk – 10:30 – 13:00
Session 2: Groups and Meditation – 16:00 – 18:00
Session 3: Meditation and Puja – 20:00 – 21:00

We have added this 'Outside Europe' option as for those of you who are outside of European time zones we wanted to reflect the fact that it will be more challenging for you to participate in all the retreat sessions. As with all our retreats there is a non-refundable non-transferable deposit, in this case of £70.

This event will finish one day before the residential retreat, as the final retreat morning is just breakfast and a clear-up.

If you book onto the event within 24 hours of it starting, you may not receive the email with all the information for the retreat, but your booking confirmation email will contain the link to join. We will send you the rest of the information as soon as possible.

This retreat is led by Vessantara and an experienced team. While the material and retreat structure will be created by Vessantara, his health sometimes means that there is a degree of uncertainty about his physical ability to participate, in which case his team will lead more of the sessions. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or transfer the deposit based on Vessantara's health and physical participation, unless the retreat is actually cancelled.
