This is where to book for the online element of this retreat. The payment for this retreat includes a £70 non-refundable non-transferable deposit. Beyond that we invite you to give dana. There are suggested amounts for the retreat but please don't feel limited by them.

This event will finish one day before the residential retreat, as the final retreat morning is just breakfast and a clear-up.

The session timings below are for UK.

Session 1: Meditation and Talk – 10:30 – 13:00

Session 2: Groups and Meditation – 15:30 – 18:00

Session 3: Meditation and Puja – 20:00 – 21:00

Session 1 will be hosted online 10 minutes before the start time. Groups are led by the Retreat team.

If you book the event within 24 hours of it starting, you may not receive the email with all the information for the retreat, but your booking confirmation email will contain the link to join. We will send you the rest of the information as soon as possible.
