International Pilgrims’ Week

In 2023 friends, Mitras and Order members gathered from Europe, the Americas, Oceania and India to spend time together. We are repeating the event again with an entirely optional programme, but expect talks, meditation, study, ritual, circumambulation and lots of opportunities to explore and be introduced to the different parts of Adhisthana.
If arriving for the start of the event on Sunday 5th, the reception will be open from 4pm. In the accommodation section, please specify the days and times you intend to arrive and depart so we can greet you and ensure you're catered for during your stay.
While you’re here you will be participating in communal life. This includes meditating with everyone on site in the main shrine room in the morning, taking part in daily tasks and at the end of your retreat you will help us to prepare the retreat centre for the next group to join us.
With this in mind, the retreat will finish after the clear-up, so if travelling on public transport, please book a train after 11am. If departing before the end of the retreat, speak to a member of the team about doing a cleaning job before you leave.
