You are invited to join us for an online series on sadhana practice.
Sadhana is a rich, deep and multi-faceted form of meditation practice, which can help us contact and deepen the qualities of all the six perfections. There are many ways of approaching it, suitable for different types of practitioners and levels of experience. Once we make it our own, it can become a cutting edge of our practice, and a source of guidance and support for life.
Each week receive an email with a recorded talk and meditation. Explore different aspects and follow the narrative arc of the practice. The recordings are taken from the Sadhana Convention held at Adhisthana last year.
