Satipatthana: the direct path

Led by Dhammarati, Vidyamala

Human kind cannot bear very much reality, said T.S. Eliot. But we can learn to
bear it – indeed, it is the wellspring of freedom and joy – if we train ourselves to see it steadily and see it whole. - Living with Awareness, Sangharakshita

By attending to our experience with awareness and kindness we can free ourselves from reactivity and open up to freedom of heart and mind. Dhammarati and Vidyamala have immersed themselves in the Anapanasati and
Satipatthana Suttas for many years. In this retreat they’ll share their experience
of these seminal suttas, based on Bhante’s teachings on mindfulness. This
intensive meditation retreat will be mostly in silence with teaching periods and meditation reviews.
