THE BRIDGE, THE PATH AND THE GOAL

If you have some experience of mindfulness, whatever the context, and wish to learn more about Buddhism, this five-day 'bridging retreat' is for you.

Over the retreat we will bridge 'secular' mindfulness and Buddhism, clearly laying out core elements of the Buddhist path and presenting the overarching vision of human existence that is the Buddhist goal.

Who is the Retreat for?
Mindfulness teachers and practitioners, or anyone interested in the link between mindfulness and the Buddha-Dharma.

What we'll do
The retreat will offer a balanced programme of mindfulness and meditation practices, short talks and discussion. There will also be time to enjoy good company and some peace and quiet in the surrounding Herefordshire countryside.
