Please note the online aspect of the retreat finishes the day before the residential. This is because on the final morning for the residential aspect there is just unguided meditation and the clear up.

The UK session times for this retreat are below. These include a 15 minute online-only component where you will have a chance to meet and greet each other, receive important practical information and hear from the retreat team.
