The Buddha told his disciples that they were warriors fighting to live an ethical life, for higher states of consciousness and transcendental wisdom. Using the life story of the Buddha as an example, we’ll explore how to express this heroic ideal in our own lives. You may not be Harry Potter, Katniss Everdeen or Frodo Baggins but in the midst of your daily life you can decide to leave your comfort zone, face your fears and seek total transformation.
Come together with others to practice meditation and explore Buddhism. If you’re aged 18-30, new to Buddhism or have been practising for some time – this retreat is for you!
