Confirmation
Your booking is not confirmed until we have received full payment and you have received a written confirmation.
Solitary retreats begin and end on Saturdays with check in between 4-5pm and check out by 10.30am.
Cancellations
The non-refundable amount of the payment changes depending on when you cancel.
This is 25% up to 12 weeks before, 50% up to four weeks before, and 75% less than four weeks before the start date of your solitary.
RetrEAT ETHOS
- No recreational drugs, cigarettes or alcohol are permitted on the premises. If you do smoke cigarettes or e-cigarettes please ensure that you leave the grounds before doing so
- Single occupancy of the hut
- No pets
- Only vegetarian and vegan food prepared on site
- Peace and quiet for the sake of others around the retreat centre
Care + Cleaning
Please note that while the solitary huts are checked after your stay, you need to leave the solitary hut ready for the next retreatant. You will need to allow enough time before 10.30am on the last day for a thorough clean up. There are full cleaning instructions provided within the solitary hut.
You will be charged for any damage incurred beyond reasonable wear and tear.
If you have a history of mental health problems or any other health problems that may affect your retreat please let us know at the time of booking. All information given will be treated in confidence.
