Kerianna
JardineroAfter initially working for the BBC making documentaries, and living in Australia running a business for a few years, Kerianna retrained in Market Gardening shortly before moving to Adhisthana. She has previously been involved in several Triratna sanghas, including the North London Buddhist Centre.
Shubhavyuha
Equipo del DharmaInstrumental en el establecimiento del Centro Budista de Sidney, Shubhavyuha regresó al Reino Unido como asistente del Consejo Internacional. Se unió al equipo de operaciones de Adhisthana en 2019 y se convirtió en la directora del equipo de operaciones en 2021 Actualmente ella es parte del equipo de Dharma y colabora en el diseño del programa de eventos de la comunidad de enseñanza.

Ama de llavesMaria lived in Colchester before joining the team here as our very capable housekeeper. She has experience in social care and is also a dedicated artist and meditator.
OLIVIA
Front of House and ProgrammeOlivia started going to the Manchester Centre after the pandemic. She quickly became a Mitra and asked for ordination. Before coming to Adhisthana she was a facilitator of the Young Buddhist group in Manchester and travelled around India on a Young Buddhist’s pilgrimage in early 2023.
Prajnanita
DirectorPrajnanita es originaria de la República Checa y trabajó como profesora en Londres antes de incorporarse al centro budista de West London, donde desempeñó diversas funciones. Ha aportado sus conocimientos a Adhisthana y al DharmaLife course, a las finanzas y al equipo de operaciones en general.
ANNIKA
Jefe de cocinaOriginally from Germany, Annika worked in fashion before moving to London where she started going to the London Buddhist Centre, working in Mandala Cafe and living in one of the Women’s Communities. She participated in the DharmaLife course in 2024 and is now bringing her culinary flair to the Adhisthana kitchen.
Renate
Site ManagementGrowing up in Norway, after engaging with the Oslo centre a few years ago, Renate attended the DharmaLife course with Annika in 2024 and then moved to Adhisthana to participate as a member of the Operations team. She brings her many creative skills and capacity to enrich the community and team!
Saraka
Convocadora Internacional de la OrdenOriginally from Aotearoa (New Zealand), Saraka embraced the Dharma in London after seeing the limitations of political activism. She was ordained in 2003 and was active for many years in communities and teams at the London Buddhist Centre before transferring to Brixton. She moved to Adhisthana in March 2026 to take up the role of International Order Convenor.
Saddhanandi
Equipo del DharmaFormada como artista, Saddhanandi participó inicialmente en la Sangha de Glasgow. Estuvo en Taraloka durante 20 años, donde fue la directora durante los últimos 13 años, antes de trasladarse a Adhisthana y convertirse en directora. A finales de 2021 cedió esta responsabilidad a Khemabandhu, pero continúa viviendo y trabajando aquí como miembro del equipo de Dharma.

Video and Front of HouseMax creció en Bradford y también participó en el curso de Dharma Life. Anteriormente trabajaba como editor de video y aporta sus habilidades para las comunicaciones en Adhisthana, igualmente apoya al equipo de tecnología y administración.
BODHIKETU
FinanzasAnteriormente había trabajado para varias organizaciones Triratna, como Karuna Trust y Clear Vision, y también pasó seis años en Guhyaloka, el centro de retiros para hombres de España. Gestiona las finanzas de Adhisthana desde que se unió al equipo.
Khemabandhu
Chair and Dharma TeamOriginario de Australia, Khemabandhu conoció el Dharma mientras trabajaba como informático en Londres y fue nómada antes de venir a Adhisthana para hacer el Curso de Vida del Dharma en 2017. Luego se quedó a vivir y trabajar aquí, convirtiéndose en gerente del equipo de operaciones y luego en director de Adhisthana en 2021.
Vilasamuni
Deputy Manager, IT and WebVilāsamuni did the DharmaLife course with Khemabandhu and Lalitanaga in 2017, and was ordained in 2021 alongside Khemabandhu. He brings his considerable technical experience (and culinary skills) to Adhisthana. Previously, he was involved in supporting the sangha in Oxford, and now is engaged with developing the culture of the team, and improving the Adhisthana website.
Ratnaghosha
Equipo del DharmaNacido en Irlanda, Ratnaghosha se hizo budista tras un encuentro con un monje de Sri Lanka en Berlín. Trabajó para Windhorse Trading durante varios años y fue director del Centro Budista de Cambridge. Se trasladó a Adhisthana en 2021 para unirse al equipo de Dharma.
HALLY
Publicity and CommunicationsHally first encountered Triratna in Brighton, before moving back to their home town of Bristol. In 2023 they joined a group of other young Triratna Buddhists on a pilgrimage in India, and participated in the Dharma Life Course in 2024. They now work for Adhisthana in the Publicity and Communications role.
Dhammarati
Equipo del DharmaOrdenado durante casi 50 años, Dhammarati ayudó a fundar el Consejo Internacional de Triratna, fue Presidente del Colegio de Preceptores Públicos y del Centro Budista de Londres. Sus diseños se pueden encontrar en libros y publicidad de toda Triratna. También participa en el entrenamiento para la ordenación de hombres en Norteamérica.
Yashodeva
MantenimientoDespués de convertirse en el director del Centro de Brighton a los veinte años, Yashodeva pasó muchos años en Guhyaloka, el centro de formación para la ordenación de hombres en España, antes de regresar al Reino Unido para ayudar en las renovaciones iniciales de la sede de Adhisthana. Recientemente se convirtió en Preceptor Público, trabajando con la sangha de habla hispana y al mismo tiempo se ocupa del mantenimiento de los edificios de Adhisthana
JNANAGARBHA
International Council ConvenorJñānagarbha started attending the Bristol Centre in 1992, and soon became centre manager. After Ordination in 1998, he moved to Rivendell retreat centre, and went on to become chair of the Croydon Centre. In 2006 he became a father and supported himself through a curious combination of coaching, consultancy and carpentry. He returned to working for Triratna in 2025.
JNANAruchi
Operations Manager & Dharma TeamJnanaruchi first met Triratna in the late 90s whilst at university in Cardiff. Since then, he has spent time at Guhyaloka and Windhorse, and helped start the newly rebuilt Vajrasana. At Adhisthana, he is interim manager of the Operations Team and the newest member of the Dharma Team.
Sanghadeva
JardineroAl principio vivió en el Centro Budista de Croydon, Sanghadeva trabajó en el restaurante de ese centro, Hockney's, antes de ir a vivir a Madhymaloka, el penúltimo hogar de Sangharakshita y centro del Colegio de Preceptores Públicos. Ha transformado el paisaje y los terrenos de Adhisthana a través de su gran capacidad de trabajo.
Saddhaloka
Equipo del DharmaTras dejar la direccion del Colegio de Preceptores en 2019, Saddhaloka se está comprometiendo más con la enseñanza en Adhisthana. Tiene fuertes vínculos con Europa del Este, y viaja a varios países cada año para dirigir retiros.
