We are all pulled around in different directions by the forces of life – seeking praise, fame, pleasure and gain while sheltering ourselves from blame, infamy, pain and loss. With all this going on it’s hard to keep our heads above water, difficult to make life meaningful and easy to lose a sense of direction. Buddhism empowers us to respond creatively and sail through these ups and downs – big and small – of everyday life. Come and find out how.
If you’re aged 18-30, then this retreat is for you – it doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to meditation and Buddhism, or have lots of experience of, just come along!
