In the fifth and final retreat of a journey round the Mandala of Spiritual Practice, Vessantara will be exploring the principle and practice of spiritual death. We will be exploring the place of spiritual death in Sangharakshita’s system of spiritual practice and see how the system as a whole supports radical letting go, and freedom from all that causes us suffering. You can attend Vessantara’s retreats whether or not you have been on previous ones in the series.
