The team have immersed themselves in the Anapanasati and Satipatthana Suttas and practices for many years. In this retreat they will share their perspectives and guide us into the practice of attending to experience, with kindly awareness, energy, and wisdom.

NB: Dhammarati was advertised to be on the team for this retreat but is unable to attend.
